Rather than treating tarot as a means of predicting the future, we use it as a tool to reflect your inner truths, guiding you toward self-awareness and understanding. Let’s embark on this journey together, using the wisdom of tarot to illuminate your path. All appointments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further modifications will result in the appointment being canceled without a refund. You must have access to Zoom or WhatsApp, along with a valid mobile number for contact. Failure to provide accurate information or attend the session will lead to forfeiture of the appointment without a refund. If unforeseen circumstances arise, appointments may be rearranged. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Soulshine Retreat, and thank you for choosing us as part of your healing and spiritual journey. To ensure a seamless booking experience and provide clarity on our policies, please review the following information carefully before scheduling your session. Payment Policy Full Payment at the Time of Booking: We require full payment upon booking to confirm your appointment. This ensures that your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to plan effectively and respect each client’s valuable time. Your payment secures your commitment to the session and our commitment to providing an enriching experience. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This advance notice allows us the opportunity to make your appointment time available to other clients who may be waiting for a session. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, as well as clients who do not attend (no-shows), will be subject to the full appointment fee. Due to the time and resources reserved for each session, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for cancellations or no-shows within this window. Rescheduling Options: If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule to a new date within three months of the original appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged directly through Soulshine Retreat to ensure continuity of service. No Refund Policy Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made at the time of booking are considered final and non-refundable. This applies to all instances of cancellation, no-shows, or any rescheduling requests not made within the 48-hour notice period. Our no-refund policy supports a clear and consistent approach to scheduling, ensuring fair treatment of time for all clients. Client Responsibility Accurate Information: Please double-check that all booking information you provide is accurate, including your contact email and phone number.
